Each kit is made up from what we call the interior box, something all of our kits are designed with, and makes for a very stable and strong base to build from.Exterior siding is applied to that. Each kit includes all you see in the photos including the signs.

The O scale footprint for Chillery's is 3 5/8" wide, by 2 5/8" deep by 7" tall
